Mica Band Heaters

Mica insulated band heaters are efficient and economical solutions to the heating requirements of many applications. Although their maximum sheath temperature is limited to 300ºC, with different electrical termination styles, clamping mechanisms, and ability to accommodate holes and cutouts, mica insulated band heaters are successfully used in many applications, but are mostly sought for in the plastics industry. Ceramic Band Heaters

Ceramic band heaters are medium-to-high temperature heaters that have 300ºC as a maximum working temperature. These durable heaters have in-built ceramic fibre jackets that make them energy efficient. Ceramic band heaters are available with different terminal styles, are fully flexible, and can accommodate holes and cut-outs. We built every technically possible heaters as per your requirement

Strip Heaters

Ceramic insulated strip heaters are economical heat sources, suitable for providing heat to flat surfaces. The sheath temperature limitation is 400ºC. These heaters can be made to include pressure plates that improve uniformity and heat transfer. Ceramic strip heaters are available in many electrical termination styles, and can accommodate holes and cut-outs. We built every technically possible heaters as per your requirement

Mineral Insulted Flat Heaters

Mineral filled heaters are designed and developed to replace Mica Strip heaters. These heaters provide trouble free long lasting service even at high temperatures and watt density. Helically wound coil is placed inside a tube filled with MgO and pressed to get a flat surface.

Hot runner Heaters

Hot runner Heaters are made of helically would nickel – chrome resistance wire evenly stretched and strung though highly pure MgO core. This element assembly is centrally placed in chrome nickel steel tube and filled with specifically selected high grade MgO powder. It is then subjected to drawing and swaging process for compacting MgO core, MgO powder and heating element to a solid mass, producing a rugged and durable Hot Runner Heaters. Hot runner heaters with inbuilt thermocouples are also available. Hot runner bushes are produced with hot runner heaters of different cross sections with inner brass bush and outer SS shell.
